New Georgia Home

Last week Trevor and I flew to Georgia for our house hunting trip. He had been there the week before working and looked at this house before flying back home. I had seen it online only, and I talked him into making an offer....he was highly against this without me seeing it first. (We did this only because more than once a house would go under contract before we could see it...and I think that was because it was meant to be that this is our new home!) Our Realtor told us we could make the offer under due diligence and see it first thing Tuesday morning and go from there. Luckily all the countering back and forth was done over the weekend before we got there. Once seeing this house and neighborhood, nothing else compared. So we stuck with this one. You will see why. 1.2 acre lot. The kids are really excited. The neighborhood offers so much for kids and families. I think we are going to have a lot of fun. Swimming pools, tennis courts, hiking, biking and horse riding trails, trout hatchery, 20 min. hike to the dam and just south of Lake Lanier. It will be a fun place for visitors too....so keep that in mind when you need a fun place to visit! The house has so much character and landscaping. And it's done. No more living through construction for us. :)

And an amazing back yard with a pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. Roasted marshmallows and smores....yum!

Mother's Day Tea

My baby girl is about to finish up preschool....I can't believe that! Yesterday was the annual "Mother's Day Tea" at Lakeview. She was so cute and sang & danced her little heart away! I am so thankful that God gave me this little princess! The place was decorated all cute and the refreshments were tasty!
Below is Jackson, Molly's favorite classmate. Uh Oh!!!! Should I be worried?
But I know who has her heart for the time being.....Mommy! And I am so blessed!
